An application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) must be submitted and complete at least 14 calendar days before the meeting. Depending on the type and scale of work, the Preservation Planner may be able to approve a COA application administratively, without it being reviewed by the ARB. Projects should be discussed with the Preservation Planner before work begins to determine appropriateness and the level of review required.
