Report Potholes for the Petersburg Pothole Blitz
The Petersburg Department of Public Works Street Operations will begin its war on City Potholes on March 20, 2023. This project will cover the City as crews travel throughout the community aggressively repairing potholes. The Pothole Blitz will run continuously from March 20, 2023 – April 21, 2023, as the weather permits.
Pothole Repair dates are as follows:
Ward 6: March 27 - 31
Ward 4: April 3 - 7
Wards 7 & 2: April 10 - 14
Wards 1 & 3: April 17 - 21
Resident engagement is important. If you see a pothole, take note of the street name and landmarks. If possible, take a picture and report it to the City as our goal is to dedicate the necessary time and resources to ensure the safety of our streets. Potholes can be reported by calling Petersburg Streets Department at (804) 733-2415 or through the “Report A Concern” button on the City's website homepage: www.petersburg-va.org.
