TAKE NOTICE that the Petersburg City Council will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. at the Union Train Station, located at 103 River Street, on the following matters:
Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed ordinance adding Sections 110-10 through 110-12 to Chapter 110 of the code of the city of Petersburg.
Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed ordinance adding Section 70-8 to Chapter 70 of the Code of the City of Petersburg.
Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment on the disposition of publicly-owned properties addresses as 732, 736, and 738 Halifax Street.
Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment on an amendment to the Petersburg Central Business District Enterprise Zone.
Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment on a petition for a change in the zoning designation of property addressed as 423 Third Street.
Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment on a petition for a change in the zoning designation of properties addressed as 716, 724, 732, 736, 738, 742 Halifax Street and a portion of 533-535 Shore Street.
Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment on a petition for a Special Use Permit to operate a stand-alone used vehicle sales establishment not associated with a new-vehicle dealership and for a stand-alone vehicle repair shop at property addressed as 1921 East Washington Street.
