Posted on: June 29, 2020[ARCHIVED] Petersburg Government Offices Closed for Independence Day

Petersburg City government offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
Closed offices include: City Hall, City Hall Annex, Fiscal Management Building, Parks & Leisure Services, Blandford Cemetery Records Office, Petersburg Public Library, Petersburg Social Services, Petersburg Area Transit (PAT) Administrative Offices, and Petersburg Freedom Support Center.
Greyhound Office, PAT Customer Service, and PAT Bus service (including Paratransit) will provide regular service on Friday, July 3rd. On Saturday, July 4th, there will be no bus service and the PAT and Greyhound customer service offices will be closed.
Dogwood Trace Golf Course (www.dogwoodtracegolf.com) will remain open on July 3rd and 4th.
Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) residential recycling and residential trash collections will be on regular schedule on Friday, July 3rd. There will be no holiday delay.
