Petersburg City government offices and courts will close at 12 pm on Wednesday, November 27, and remain closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, in observance of Thanksgiving. Offices will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, December 2.
The Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue will be closed on Wednesday, November 27.
Dogwood Trace Golf Course will remain open during normal business hours on November 27 and 29. On Thanksgiving Day, the golf course will be open from 8 am to 2 pm. Tee Times can be reserved at https://www.dogwoodtracegolf.com.
Petersburg Area Transit (PAT) Administrative Offices will close at 12 pm on Wednesday, November 27, and remain closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29. Buses will run on a regular schedule on Wednesday, November 27.
There will be no regular or paratransit bus service on Thanksgiving Day or Friday, November 29. If you have any Transit questions, please contact Customer Service at (804) 733-2450.
There will be no CVWMA recycling or Meridian Waste trash collection on Thanksgiving Day. Recycling and trash collections will be delayed by one day this week and Friday collections will slide to Saturday.
