Late Opening for City of Petersburg Government Offices
The City of Petersburg Government Offices, Circuit Court, and Clerk of Court will open at 10:00 am (2-hour delayed opening) on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Petersburg Area Transit buses will begin services at 8:15 am.
Petersburg Public Works teams continue to treat roads, and Police and Fire are monitoring road conditions.
Citizens should report poor road conditions or fallen trees blocking roads to the Petersburg Bureau of Police NON-EMERGENCY LINE at (804) 732-4222. Any power outages should be reported to Dominion Energy at 1-866-366-4357. As always, in an emergency, call 911.
